Success Connection Tutoring Program
Free weekly tutoring Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Leadership Program
Selected students gain valuable experience working in the Center and Thrift Store.

After-School Resource Center
A safe and encouraging environment for students to gather in after school.

Computer Lab
A computer lab with free wifi and fourteen new computers. Free school printing and copying.

Extra Mile Reads
An incentive-based reading program. Students read books, take tests, and earn points to buy prizes.

Snack Counter
Smoothies, chips, candy, soda, popcorn, soup, and more at the lowest prices possible.

Extra Mile Mercantile Community Second Hand Store
We opened a thrift store in January 2021 to give students the opportunity to gain valuable experience while also supporting our community.

Who can come to the Extra Mile Student Center?
The Center is open to students in grades 7-12. Students must be enrolled and attending school.
How much does it cost?
Registration is free and all of our services are provided free of charge. Our snack counter charges the minimum amount necessary to cover our costs.
Where is the Center located?
Our address is 300 W. 2nd St. in Grandview, WA. We are at the corner with Pizza Hut and the Post Office.
How does the Center have money to operate?
We are a non-profit corporation that is supported by donations from individuals along with several local companies.
How many people work at the Center?
The Center is run by our two founders, an administrative assistant, and a store manager, along with a host of volunteers and our student leadership team.
